Returns/Refunds

All items are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or wrong address provided at checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, you may request a refund or replacement.

To submit a request, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at uncensoredclub69@gmail.com, including clear photos of the issue.

Requests submitted after this period or without photo evidence may not be accepted.

Refunds or replacements are issued after review and at our discretion.

As these products are made to order, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal.
